Russian Large Size Banknotes
Some of my favoite obsolete banknotes are the Russian large size notes from before the Revolution. My grandfather gave me a 500 Ruble note a long time ago.

Yes! I have a couple of these and they are works of art! I wish the Tzar and the White Russians had won so I could have more cool banknotes from them

This thread looks a little cold, but I'll submit an image anyway. This is 10,000 Tenge from the BUKHARA SOVIET PEOPLES REPUBLIC dated 1338 AH/1920 AD. A sizable note written in Turkic (Farsi) and a Russian legend. Bukhara was the only Soviet controlled territory that didn't, initially use the Ruble system. Printed with engraved wood blocks.
