Has anyone found someone that they trust to look at what you have and tell you the value of the bills you have?

It depends. For high-end stuff, I am not really qualified to give a value. But on more common foreign stuff I have a pretty good sense of what notes should be worth. It is hard to find a foreign note expert in the US, at least on a local level.

There are monthly magazines for US stuff. Krause makes an annual book for world notes, I believe.
